This Privacy Policy explains how ZYVONS Inc. ("ZYVONS", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit zyvons.com, create an account, publish or buy a digital product through our platform. By using ZYVONS you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who we are

ZYVONS Inc. is a Delaware corporation headquartered at 8 The Green, Suite A, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. We provide infrastructure for creators to sell digital products (courses, ebooks, memberships and services) including sales pages, checkout, members area and payout tools.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password hash, profile picture, language preference.
  • Creator data: product content, sales pages, pricing, tax and payout information (Pix key, business identifiers).
  • Buyer data: billing name, email, delivery address (when the product is physical), transaction records.
  • Usage data: pages visited, device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, referral source.

3. How we use your information

  • Operate the platform, process payments and deliver purchased products.
  • Provide customer support and communicate about your account or purchases.
  • Prevent fraud, chargebacks and abuse.
  • Improve the product, run analytics and personalize the experience.
  • Send marketing emails you can opt out of at any time.

4. Third-party services

We share the minimum data needed with vetted providers:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
  • Cloudflare — hosting and edge delivery.
  • Google (Analytics, AdSense) — traffic analytics and advertising. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com.
  • Resend / email providers — transactional and marketing email.

5. Advertising and Google AdSense

ZYVONS uses Google AdSense to display ads on some pages. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DoubleClick DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to ZYVONS and other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

6. Legal basis and your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@zyvons.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure to comply with tax and anti-fraud obligations. Analytics data is aggregated after 26 months.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access, row-level security in our database, and continuous monitoring. No method is 100% secure, but we treat your data with the standard of care a serious platform owes its users.

9. Children

ZYVONS is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor gave us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States, the European Union and other countries where our providers operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect.
