These Terms govern your access to and use of ZYVONS, provided by ZYVONS Inc.By creating an account or purchasing a product through ZYVONS you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ZYVONS is a platform that lets creators ("Producers") publish and sell digital products, and lets buyers ("Customers") discover and purchase those products. We handle checkout, payment routing, delivery of digital files, member access and payouts.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 to sell on ZYVONS.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

3. Producer obligations

  • Only publish products you own or have rights to sell.
  • Deliver what your sales page promises, in the language and format described.
  • Do not publish illegal, infringing, deceptive, adult (unless expressly allowed), or high-risk financial-advice products.
  • Comply with tax obligations in your jurisdiction. ZYVONS may collect and remit sales tax where required.

4. Fees and payouts

ZYVONS charges a transaction fee of 10% + $0.20 (USD equivalent) on each approved sale. Affiliate commissions, when applicable, are deducted from the Producer's net. Net proceeds become "pending" for 9 days (7-day buyer guarantee + 2-day chargeback margin) and then become available for withdrawal via Pix or wire, subject to the minimum payout amount.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase under our standard consumer-protection guarantee. Refunds approved after payout will result in a negative balance on the Producer's account, offset by future sales. Chargebacks are handled on the Producer's behalf and dispute evidence is submitted automatically.

6. Intellectual property

Producers retain all rights to their content. Producers grant ZYVONS a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display and deliver their products to buyers who purchase them. ZYVONS' own software, brand and design are our exclusive property.

7. Prohibited use

  • Reverse engineering, scraping or overloading our systems.
  • Circumventing payment, watermarking or anti-piracy features.
  • Using ZYVONS to launder funds, finance illegal activity, or violate sanctions.

8. Disclaimers

ZYVONS is provided "as is". We do not guarantee earnings, uptime or specific results. Producers are solely responsible for the accuracy and quality of their products.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZYVONS' aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to us by the affected user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of Delaware, unless mandatory consumer law grants you a different forum.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
